Your Opportunity We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support the organization’s growing and dynamic compliance function. The role spans key operational areas, including Regulatory Affairs & Licensing, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), Fraud & Abuse Management, and Commercial Enablement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment, internal control execution, and compliance engagement across business activities. This role is execution-focused and ideal for candidates looking to develop a strong foundation in telecom/ICT compliance. Your Top Responsibilities 1. Regulatory Affairs & Licensing Maintain accurate records of company licenses, regulatory submissions, and registration renewals. Support regulatory filings and documentation preparation. Liaise with regulatory bodies on day-to-day matters, including clarifications and status follow-ups. Assist in the processing and tracking of lawful intercept and official data access requests. 2. Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Assist in implementing and maintaining the Internal Controls Framework (ICF). Support audit readiness efforts and help gather documentation for external certifications (e.g., CRF, NCA ECC, ISO27001). Help maintain and update compliance registers, risk trackers, and policy documentation. Contribute to basic compliance gap assessments and internal reviews under supervision. 3. Fraud & Abuse Management Review and log fraud reports and abuse-related alerts. Provide operational support during fraud investigation and incident response activities. Conduct account validation checks as part of fraud risk mitigation workflows. Maintain incident logs and ensure proper case documentation and closure. 4. Commercial Enablement Perform Know-Your-Business (KYB) onboarding checks in coordination with sales or legal. Review commercial engagement cases for compliance red flags under guidance. Support Sales and Operations teams by addressing compliance inquiries and helping ensure adherence to local licensing or telecom-related requirements. We expect from you Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk management, telecom, or ICT regulatory affairs. Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulations relevant to the KSA market such as the CST Cybersecurity Regulatory Framework (CRF), Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL),. Experience with external frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and PCI DSS is considered an asset. Excellent documentation and organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities; able to coordinate across internal teams. Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive or confidential information.
