Your Opportunity We’re looking for a driven, detail-oriented Compliance Specialist to support our expanding compliance and cybersecurity operations. You’ll help maintain regulatory and licensing records, support risk assessments and audit readiness, and contribute to our compliance with global standards such as ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC2 and local regulatory frameworks like CST’s CRF, NCA’s ECC and CCC, SDAIA’s PDPL, and TDRA’s regulatory controls in the UAE. As we broaden our scope to include cybersecurity governance and control oversight, candidates with experience or interest in cybersecurity frameworks will be especially valued. This is a hands-on, execution-first role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-trust environments and wants to grow at the intersection of regulation, security, and innovation. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in regulatory compliance, audit support, governance, or GRC in tech, telecom, or cloud sectors. Hands on experience in implementing standard and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or PCI DSS and regulatory controls such as CRF, NCA ECC/CCC, or PDPL. Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles (Access Control, Encryption, Risk Treatment, Incident Reporting, etc.). Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and documentation quality. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion. Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with external stakeholders. Who We’re Looking For We are looking for a compliance and cybersecurity operations professional who understands how regulatory and standards-based requirements translate into practical, day-to-day technical and operational execution. Formal ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer certification is highly valued, particularly where supported by demonstrated audit and ISMS operational experience. Equivalent hands-on experience contributing to or driving ISO 27001 implementation and ongoing compliance will be considered in lieu of formal certification Solid foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts, including access control, encryption, logging and monitoring, risk treatment, incident reporting, and vendor security. Strong foundation in compliance and cybersecurity operations, the ideal candidate is someonewho understands how regulatory requirements translate into real technical and operational practices. You’ve supported external audits, certification processes, or regulator reviews, and you’re comfortable working alongside engineering, security, and legal teams to gather evidence, close findings, and maintain readiness. Experience working with or being trained by Big Four firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly valued.
