Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Compliance professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for driving ethical business practices. Key Responsibilities: Compliance Monitoring & Testing: Conduct transactional testing and periodic reviews to ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulations. Support internal audits and compliance reviews, especially in sales and marketing functions. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Identify potential compliance risks and recommend mitigation strategies. Support investigations and root cause analyses related to compliance breaches. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business units to promote a culture of compliance. Provide guidance and support on compliance-related queries and initiatives. Collaborate with cross functional team including Finance for resolution and support. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, findings, and corrective actions. Prepare reports for management and regulatory bodies as required. Training and Communication: Ensure effective communication and training on compliance policies across departments Qualifications Industry Experience: Prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred. Exposure to sales and marketing compliance, promotional review, or medical affairs is a plus. Functional Expertise: Experience in compliance, internal audit, forensic reviews, or transactional testing. Familiarity with global compliance standards and regulatory frameworks. Soft Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. High level of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactive engagement. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic Qualifications: CA/CA Inter or equivalent expertise Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Law, or related field. 1–3 years of relevant experience in compliance or related functions. Proficiency in MS Office and compliance tools/systems.
