What You’ll Do: Review certifications & resident eligibility Conduct file audits & compliance reviews Support HUD, LIHTC, HOME & RD compliance efforts Assist onsite teams with training & regulatory guidance Help communities stay inspection and audit ready What We’re Looking For: • Affordable housing compliance experience • Knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, EIV & Fair Housing • Strong attention to detail & organizational skills • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Work Hours & Benefits: · Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with an hour for lunch. · Benefits: We offer comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401k plan, paid time off (PTO) based on longevity, and holidays off. · Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 annually, based on experience.
