Description
As our next Compliance Specialist based in Skopje, you will support Giesecke+Devrient’s (G+D) Corporate Compliance Office in Munich in the day-to-day execution and the strategic, technology-driven enhancement of our global group-wide compliance programs across anti-bribery/anti-corruption, antitrust, export control and third-party risk management. You will be actively involved in drafting and updating policies, developing training and communications, administering and improving our compliance IT landscape (e.g., screening solutions), and performing screenings for sanctions/restricted parties and AML/ABAC. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Compliance Office in our Munich headquarters as well as with other colleagues in a global and cross-divisional setup. Expect a varied, hands-on role with strong learning opportunities, exposure to data- and AI-enabled solutions, and the challenge of translating evolving regulatory requirements into pragmatic, scalable processes. Your tasks: Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of the global group-wide compliance program with a focus on export control, anti-bribery/anti-corruption an antitrust laws Perform administrative duties, coordination of projects and meetings, maintenance of compliance documentation, administration of compliance databases Perform compliance screenings, such as restricted party and sanctions, AML and ABAC screening Administer compliance tools and data (such as ERP, screening solutions, etc.) Prepare and revise policies, guidelines, training materials and eLearning modules Monitor and research relevant regulatory developments Support the development and implementation of innovative compliance solutions, including the use of AI Contribute to continuously improve compliance processes and systems Your profile: Completed degree in Law, Compliance, Business Administration, International Trade, Economics, or a related field. Up to 5 years professional experience in the field of compliance, export control Knowledge of US FCPA, EU-Dual-Use Regulation, US EAR/ITAR, Chinese export control regulations Experience with ERP system (SAP) and screening tools (GTS, MIC, etc.) is an advantage Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel and Word; experience in Sharepoint and Power BI is an advantage High willingness to learn, proactive hands-on mentality, and independent, structured way of working.
