Your Everyday at Nexi As a Compliance Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów / Kraków / Warsaw / Poznań. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to support our corporate governance and compliance activities. In this role, you will contribute to maintaining high corporate standards, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting key governance processes across the organization.  About Your Future Role In this position, you will: * Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of corporate governance frameworks. * Monitor the organization’s compliance with internal regulations, policies, and applicable legal requirements. * Assist in maintaining and updating corporate policies, procedures, and governance documentation. * Prepare resolutions, meeting minutes, reports, presentations, and documentation for corporate bodies. * Oversee the proper circulation, storage, and archiving of corporate documentation. * Monitor regulatory developments and provide recommendations regarding corporate governance requirements. * Support the preparation of regulatory reports and corporate disclosures. * Cooperate with management, business stakeholders, auditors, and supervisory authorities. * Assist with internal and external audits. * Draft and update corporate documents, including policies, regulations, charters, and statutes. * Participate in the standardization and continuous improvement of corporate governance processes.   What We Value in You We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications:  * At least 2 years of experience in an administrative, office support, compliance, corporate governance, or similar role. * Experience in document management, administrative process coordination, or organizational support. * Ability to prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and internal documentation. * Interest in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters. * Strong organizational skills, independence, and a high sense of responsibility. * Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately under deadlines. * Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. * Willingness to learn and develop expertise in corporate governance, compliance, and company regulations. * Communicative English language skills at a minimum B2 level. * University degree, preferably in Law, Administration, Economics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
