JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Compliance Specialist supports OneOncology’s mission by helping implement a consistent and effective compliance program. This role focuses on onboarding, regulatory training, and advancing key compliance initiatives and is an onsite position at the Nashville corporate office. The specialist is expected to:

  • Demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence.
  • Model ethical, compliant behavior at all times.
  • Maintain confidentiality and uphold all legal, ethical, and Code of Conduct standards.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or other highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with HealthStream, PolicyStat, and Microsoft products (i.e., SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) strongly preferred.
