COMPLIANCE OFFICER

• 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
• Bath/Hybrid – 2 days working from home after training

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Previous experience within a similar financial services advisory role is required
• Experience in senior stakeholder management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Supporting the business and clients in understanding regulatory policies and procedures
• Advising on regulatory enhancements and controls
• Working closely with the Risk Business Partner, Compliance Lead, and wider Compliance Team
• Supporting on regulatory training, guidance, projects, and initiatives
• Assisting with the development, implementation, and maintenance of compliance policies
• Monitoring regulatory developments and ensuring timely updates to internal controls
• Supporting with conducting reviews to identify potential compliance issues
• Preparing and submitting compliance reports to senior management
• Maintaining records of compliance activities and decisions
• Investigating and supporting the resolution of compliance breaches or concerns
