YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience (e.g., health insurance or healthcare provider sectors); background in risk and/or regulatory compliance preferred
• Working knowledge of US federal and state healthcare laws and regulations
• Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred
• Ability to engage audience and create clear, logical, and structured communications across all formats, with fluent English proficiency
• Strong influencing capabilities, including willingness to push back and deliver tough messages to senior audiences; ability to raise issues, generate solutions, and work effectively under pressure
• Adept at influencing and engaging with all types of internal audiences to cultivate trust-based relationships and become a sought-after thought partner
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently while being mindful of the big picture
• Exhibit highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials
