YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced degree(s) and/or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Program Manager, preferably in a consulting or advisory role.
  • 3+ years of experience in developing, driving and implementing holistic ethics/compliance programs preferred.
  • Distinctive competence in managing internal controls and control governance e.g., previous SOX experience preferred.
  • Previous management of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) technology, analytics and other underlying elements of data risk program preferred.
  • Experience managing ESG-related reporting at publicly traded companies and familiarity with external reporting frameworks preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of domestic and international laws and regulations pertaining to professional services industry preferred.
  • Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to build trust-based relationships with key leaders within and outside of the team and be recognized as a key thought partner.
  • Expertise in exercising highest levels of discretion and judgment in safeguarding confidential materials.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment and able to manage ambiguity with confidence.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s), with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
  • Proficient in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning.
  • Ability to create work product-focused materials/outputs, which may include PowerPoint decks, Excel models, articles, or other written deliverables.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to building and implementing the new external regulatory reporting program to ensure adherence to applicable ESG reporting regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Legal, E&C, subject matter experts and other advisors to map, understand and apply the reporting requirements and ensure that all reporting requirements are met.
  • Develop tailored solutions to meet multiple internal and external ESG reporting requirements with varying deadlines, ensuring the centralized mandatory reporting function operates optimally.
  • Project manage end-to-end data collection, validation, syndication and approval processes for various reporting requirements.
  • Evidence and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical files and supporting evidence for externally reported data.
  • Conduct peer-benchmarking, research and technical analyses to inform the reporting process and implement requirements (e.g., ESG materiality assessments).
  • Monitor the external reporting landscape, best practices, and regulatory developments to proactively alert program leadership team on upcoming ESG regulations and standards affecting the industry.
