Join our diverse and passionate team, and build a career that inspires growth, purpose, and meaningful impact.   Based in our stunning offices across either Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne, we are looking for a Compliance Specialist – Service and Projects to join our Service team on a 12-month fixed-term contract and play a pivotal role in driving positive change in quality and compliance culture across the business. This role will work closely with Service Leaders and the Quality team to embed sustainable, practical compliance practices into day-to-day service operations.    About the role:    In this role you will act as a change agent, helping Field Service Engineers, Service Managers, and leaders embed quality and compliance requirements into everyday service practices through education and practical guidance.   Drive cultural change across Service by promoting quality awareness and compliance ownership Develop and deliver engaging training and education on Quality Management Systems (QMS), SOPs, and service compliance requirements Translate audit findings, CAPAs, and checklist outcomes into clear, actionable improvements for Service Managers Guide Service Managers and FSEs through root cause analysis and corrective action planning Partner with Quality, Service, and Projects teams to simplify and improve QMS tools and processes Assist with internal audits and follow-up actions to ensure sustainable outcomes Act as a key liaison between Quality Assurance, Service Operations, and field teams Support governance and reporting processes, including oversight of offshore compliance reviews     About you:   Working knowledge of Quality Management Systems (ISO9001 or similar) Experience in service operations, field service environments, or highly regulated industries (e.g. medical devices, pharma, engineering) Demonstrated experience in change management, training, or driving behavioural change Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into practical, usable guidance Strong influencing skills and the ability to work without formal authority Confidence to challenge constructively and guide leaders through change A collaborative, resilient, and results-driven approach An engineering or technical background is desirable but not essential    What’s in it for you: Opportunity be part of a leading respected global health tech company – delivering excellence in quality healthcare solutions Ongoing development - Help you be the best you can be by investing in your professional development To be part of a fantastic team culture – let’s celebrate your successes!
