Description

We are currently recruiting for a Full-time Compliance Supervisor to join our team in a pharma environment in Mulhuddart, Dublin 15
Working pattern: Monday-Friday from 08:30- 16:30

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a compliance-related role in Pharma, preferably in Facilities Management.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Industrial cleaning.
  • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance standards.
  • Relevant certifications in Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or Quality Assurance (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO standards) are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in using compliance management systems and software.
Responsibilities

You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company standards related to Health & Safety, Environmental Management, and Quality Assurance. You will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe, compliant, and efficient environment, enabling the business to operate effectively and in line with legal and contractual requirements.

  • Regularly review and update site-specific compliance documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and safe systems of work (SSOW).
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of the site
  • Prepare and present detailed reports
  • Ensure that all documentation is in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for compliance-related matters with the client
  • Report any issues related to quality, compliance or trainings directly to Soft Service Site Manger in timely manner
  • Understanding of GMP requirements, as applicable, for facilities Department.
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the Manager
