The opportunity We have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance System Specialist to join our team supporting our Telco operations. Based in Auckland, this role plays a critical part in ensuring workforce compliance across internal, client, and legislative requirements. You will be responsible for managing and optimising compliance and competency systems, maintaining accurate workforce data, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes for technicians and subcontractors. Working closely with operational teams, you will drive continuous improvement, enhance reporting capability, and help ensure a safe and compliant workforce.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, data, and stakeholders to deliver meaningful outcomes in a fast paced operational environment.
