We are growing our Compliance team and are looking for a hardworking Compliance Team Leader to join our brand new office in Woodstock, Cape Town. You will drive and manage the Compliance and Resourcing activities and across Liquid with the purpose of making compliant and onboarding candidates, in a legal and ethical manner in line with framework regulations, contractual standards and business requirements.
Being proactive in supporting the compliance team of 12 compliance and onboarding coordinators in reducing the time and cost to hire candidates, increasing revenue, and improving profitability through technology, people, standardisation, and innovation of processes. Working closely with team to meet monthly targets, advise and manage the delivery of the service, ensuring the team meets its legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.

• The ability to lead, inspire and motivate a team with experience managing a small to medium sized compliance/recruitment team previously (Minimum 6 people)
• An enthusiastic and committed approach, with the ability to drive performance and provide support and development to the team
• Demonstrable experience in a recruitment/compliance environment
• The ability to demonstrate verbal and written communication skills to engage and build relationships, to enhance candidate experience strengthen our reputation
