Job requirements: Fleet Compliance Team Leader

• Ensuring compliance documents for HGV & LGV are kept accurate and Up To Date
• Scheduling compliance events for multiple large fleets with different requirement
• Leading a team of the controllers and managing workloads to ensure all requirements are met and on time
• You must have experience working in compliance in the commercial motor trade sector.
• Must be a go getter and have previous experience leading at least a small team of people
• Comfortable in dealing with Technical issues within the commercial vehicle sector
• PC literate including Excel and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills
