RESPONSABILITIES:

The Compliance Trainee will support in the following activities:

• Collaborate to the monitoring and general implementation of organisational model “231”, by collaborating with all department and external OdV, under the supervision of the Compliance Officer
• Support the implementation of Privacy management model
• Support the company projects in relation to compliance topics, and propose improvement actions
• Keep the documentation updated
• Actively participate in internal audits and reviews of compliance controls, also in collaboration with headquarters Compliance team
• Monitor compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and reports.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Law Student
• Knowledge of compliance legislative framework, employment laws, model “231” and privacy laws
• Legal analytical skills
• Orientation to compliant solutions
• Orientation to detail and precision
• Good communication skills
• Fluent spoken and written English is a must
• Valid EU work permit
• Willing to relocate to Trieste at short notice
