Job Description / Role:

My client is a leading automotive business in the Middle East. They are looking for an outstanding manager to support their sales team throughout the country.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the annual training calendar, Training Needs Analysis (TNA), development/delivery of training programs and measurement of training effectiveness.
  • Work with Principal/OEM requirements, monitor compliance, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders.
  • Localize Principal training programs and support Sales teams with ongoing product/brand knowledge.
  • Manage PDI processes, including vehicle preparation, logistics, and stock movement.

Experience Required:

  • Strong experience as an Automotive Sales / Product / Brand Training Manager.
  • Automotive experience is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in dealer standards and compliance.
  • Strong Principal/OEM and stakeholder management experience.
  • Basic understanding/exposure to vehicle preparation, logistics, stock movement and the overall PDI process.
