CONTRACT POSITION

• Looking for supplier process, engineer with experience in plastic injection, molding machine injection molding
• Supplier pFMEA, Process Validations (IQ/OQ/PQ), Inspection Reports, Gage R&R, and Process Capability Analysis
• Understand proper level of documentation detail
• Implement corrective and preventive actions for supplier process by driving supplier’s investigations and root cause analysis
• Work with suppliers and ISI engineering team
• Minimum 4 years related experience in engineering and manufacturing of metal injection molding (MIM), machined metal or plastic injection molding parts. Metal injection molding experience is highly desirable
• Excellent knowledge of 21 CFR part 820 and ISO 13485
• Experience with ERP Information Systems, preferably SAP or Agile
• This is 100% on site role, need local candidates
• One year contract
• Ability to travel to suppliers on an as needed basis – domestic and international (approx 25%) once in quarter
• Minimum Education: BS degree in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering
• Open to someone who has worked in the automobile industry with relevant experience
• Certification in injection molding project management product management will be plus
• Two rounds of interviews initial screening with hiring manager second in person for two hours

  Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
