Job Description Position Summary Responsible for component lifecycle and PCN management; Support the selection, qualification, application, failure analysis, and documentation management of components, materials, and chemicals; Participate in supplier evaluation. Duties & Responsibilities Manage component lifecycle data including data gathering, reviewing, cleansing and change management. Manage component supplier notifications including collecting/consolidating, reviewing and determining the proper internal mitigation action to adopt the changes from suppliers. Support material technical and market intelligence data/documents collection, review and cleansing. Participate in material database development and management including material classification, characterization, and their data integrity improvement. (Extended) Provide technical support on datasheet interpretation, component selection, application analysis, failure troubleshooting, development, and engineering queries (EQs) from suppliers. (Extended) Support the development of component and material selection, qualification, derating, storage and handling guidelines. (Extended) Participate in component failure investigations to identify root causes and failure mechanisms for corrective actions, and support reliability validation and risk mitigation activities for critical components. (Extended) Participate in supplier competency evaluation, support supplier selection for key components, and supplier audits or technical visits when required. Qualifications Degree or above in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of experience in the technical review, data and document management, change management and approval of electronic/electrical components and products. Familiar with component lifecycle management, obsolescence monitoring, alternate part qualification, and supplier technical engagement. Experienced in engineering change management processes, including ECO/ECN implementation and cross-functional coordination. Good understanding of BOM management, document control systems, and PLM/ERP systems. Experience in project management and cross-functional team collaboration with electrical, quality, sourcing, and manufacturing teams is desirable. Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) with data handling and analytical skills, such as pivot tables, query, formula and functions, visuals. Proficiency in English is a must, with proficiency in Chinese or Vietnamese desirable. Result-driven, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
