As the Component Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of 5 members offering Level 2 support, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and making a real impact on our network infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and prioritization skills, as well as a commitment to high quality and customer satisfaction. Job Description Lead and manage the NOC Green Team, ensuring effective and efficient operations. Oversee the daily activities of the team, providing guidance and support as needed. Ensure timely and accurate resolution of incidents and service requests. Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and support. Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and service delivery. Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement. Handle administrative tasks related to inventory & monitoring of network devices. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within a Network Operations Center or similar environment. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Additional languages such as Italian, Lithuanian, Czech, Hungarian, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Romanian, or Croatian are a plus.
