GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume. Role Overview: Execute Standard Operating Procedure to meet customer’s requirements. Check required gap limit and update in the system. Calculate number of repaired blades& vanes for grinding, widening, and part change-out to achieve gap limit. Perform activities with related functional departments to ensure timely closure of customer orders. Perform packaging requirement after end gapping. Carry out weekly cell housekeeping. Assist Finished Part Store in component parts receiving, storage, and retrieval. Assist Finished Part Store in scanning and retrieval of document from the system. Perform scheduled checking of Spools, tools, gauges and the validity of chemicals used. The Ideal Candidate: Able to performs assembly and accurate data entry using tools such as spools and feeler gauges, requiring strong manual dexterity, clear vision and physically fit to carry finished parts. Required Qualifications: Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of relevant experience. Basic command of written and spoken English. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge in Inventory Management. Basic knowledge in IT (e.g.,Microsoft Office). Able to operate Automated Storage Retrieval System/LeanLift for parts storage and retrieval. Effective communication skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet the delivery requirements. Able to work with a Quality mind. A team player. Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.
