Cox & Company, Inc. is looking for an outgoing individual who will specialize in the manufacturing precision of using composite material in the Autoclave Area. Requirements Perform vacuum bagging and related processes for fabrication and curing composite parts. Clean and smooth molds, cores, and core boxes, and repair surface imperfections. Assemble cores into lower sections of molds, to create mold assembly per work instructions. Clean and maintain work area to ensure safe and efficient work environment. De-molding cured parts Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations Document materials utilized in creating parts for traceability purposes. Work to meet production goals and deadlines Using scanner for time/attendance/work traveler. Qualification and Education Requirements: General knowledge of practices and procedures used to fabricate composite parts or similar is preferred. Ability to read and correctly interpret instructions in English is a must. Ability to use measuring instruments. Ability to lift rolls of material. Ability to use a computer High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
