In order to strengthen our Composite Technologies team we are looking to hire a Composite Components Engineering Technologist based in Maranello (Italy). You will be involved in the industrialization of composite components produced internally by our Composite Manufacturing Department and by our suppliers.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the feasibility of Make & Buy composite components in terms of geometry, aesthetics, and functionality.
  • Defining methods and equipment necessary for each component.
  • Developing and procuring machinery and tools for internal production in compliance with budgets, strategic plans, and quality standards.
  • Resolving process anomalies during the startup phase of a new project.

In order to succeed in this challenging role, you will ideally have achieved excellent academic results with a Master-degree in Material Engineering or equivalent. You should ideally have gained at least 2 years’ dedicated experience with composite manufacturing processes and/or composite technologies.
In Ferrari you must exhibit the capability to work in a highly-dynamic and fast-changing environment, strong communication skills and accountability are important skillset to manage activities and responsibility of the role. It is important to be proactive proposing new solutions to optimize all the processes and activities.
Fluent English is required for the position and Italian language skills are an advantage. We appreciate individuals with experience outside their country of origin, allowing for a multicultural mindset.
