Description
Responsibilities
Provide visibility of the current component supply status on a regular basis.
Generate component delivery reports to the Composite Manufacturing Department to enable correct resource planning.
Actively chase supplied parts required as part of composite components and assemblies, working to ensure the laminating, composite machining and assembly departments to operate efficiently at all times.
Compile and filter shortage information from internal and external manufacture and work with Planning to ensure these requirements are understood.
Feedback to Planning/Purchasing any issues with parts required for manufacture so that any supply issues can be resolved.
Ensure SAP accuracy at all times and highlight any data discrepancies.
Assist in the loading and unloading of composite parts and assemblies to support the composite build team.
Attend daily manufacturing planning meetings.
Comply at all time with the companies Health & Safety polices.
