YB Australia Pty Ltd is a wholly stated-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group Co., Ltd, a large carbon fibre manufacture (over 1,000 employees) providing engineering services, and quality and design innovations in the manufacture of carbon fibre composites.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

• Must have legal authorization to work in Australia on a full-time basis
• Bachelor’s degree or above, with the basic understanding of organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, fibre composite material knowledge, design, process and technology
• More than 3 years of experience in composite materials. Be familiar with customer group developed management process, composite material moulding process and related technologies.
• Practical, diligent, self-motivated
• Willing to learn with a can-do attitude
• Excellent business sense, analytical mindset as well as critical thinking skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to communicate efficiently with teammates and clients
• Basic Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a mandatory

• Manage and operate customers and execute sales plans in Australian’s projects
• Develop new markets and business opportunities
• Setup budget and monitor cost to achieve sales targets agreed
• Collect and analyse market data to further explore any potential customers
• Maintain CRM and promote business’ reputation
