Job Purpose
You will work within the Composite team maintaining product flow throughout the department by supporting multiple areas including but not exclusive to:
-

Mould and tooling maintenance

• Demould and Mould Preparation
• Autoclave and Oven curing
• Kit cutting and material control

Principle Responsibilities

• Work using approved and documented methods
• Ensure all health and safety principles are adhered to
• Identifying / implementing efficiency gains.
• Reporting of issues to team leader/composite manager and or supervisors

EXPERIENCE KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Experience in all composite operations

• Use of work instructions

• The ability to work and learn in a production environment
• Good understanding of English language
• Demoulding and Preparation
• Autoclave loading and unloading
• Experience with Composite kit cutting machinery
• Material handling
• Adheres to standards and maintains documentation
• Ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels

• Work using approved and documented methods
• Ensure all health and safety principles are adhered to
• Identifying / implementing efficiency gains.
• Reporting of issues to team leader/composite manager and or supervisor
