A position has arisen at Material Change Limited for a Compost Site Supervisor at our Green Waste Compost site in Faldo Bedfordshire.
Reporting to the area manager the Site Supervisor will be responsible for all site composting operations including plant and machinery operation and maintenance. The ideal applicant will have some composting knowledge, be hard working and have the ability to work responsibly alone. This is a physical role with a lot of hands on work. Training will be provided as required.

Requirements:

• Ability to work alone
• Awareness of Health and Safety
• Good time keeping
• Full clean driving license essential.
• Loading shovel / Telehandler/ 360 Excavator experience essential ideally with valid tickets although ticket training can be provided.

Hours of work: 07:00 am to 17:00 pm Monday to Friday. Immediate start available. Full time position with the addition of weekend and overtime if required. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
