Position Summary: Terray Therapeutics is seeking new scientific minds to join our Compound Management team as a technician. This team curates a vast small molecule compound inventory to enable the high throughput capacity at the heart of Terray’s generative AI machine learning model. The technician will check out sample compounds for experimentation and receive new sample materials for future use. A key component of this role will the operation and maintenance of automated machinery. Given that all technicians must ensure quality sample handling to mitigate stability and capture activities in a tracible, organized manner, the best fit person for this role has great attention to detail and the insightfulness to ask questions that drive towards constant improvement. The position will be based in Monrovia, California. Experience and Qualifications: Given the company’s size, anticipated growth, and fast-paced environment, the organization requires a candidate who can work effectively within the existing Compound Management team and collaborate with other teams to further enhance our next generation drug discovery capabilities. Required Qualifications BSc degree in chemistry, biology, or related field. Excellent attention to detail, organization, and record keeping. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated to be clear, concise, and proactive. Preferred Qualifications Internship experience in a lab environment. Internship experience in shipping and receiving. Self driven for constant improvement. They exhibit the ability to work well under pressure to provide results in a short timeframe. The company is looking for a highly responsive, goal-oriented individual who will bring significant energy and drive to solve complex problems and help us achieve our mission to advance human health. Compensation Details: $70,000 (annually); participation in the Company's option plan; 3% retirement safe harbor contribution; fully-paid medical, dental, vision, life and disability benefits.
