We are actively hiring Compounder/Extrusion Operators to join our team at our Grand Rapids plant. Americhem is one of the world’s largest manufacturers of custom color concentrates. Our production operators specialize in setting up, operating, and tending compounding mixing/extruding machines to process a variety of products that our customers use to manufacture a vast array of finished products. Responsibilities

The operator is responsible for setting up and operating compounding and extruding machines to produce samples according to specifications. This includes performing preventative maintenance on equipment and using a forklift to load color mixes into feeders.
