We’re growing and looking for an Experienced Compounder Mixing Technician to join our second shift, Monday through Friday, from 2:30 p.m. until 11:00 p.m. This is a key production role responsible for safely and accurately preparing batches, handling actives and concentrates, and ensuring product quality under Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). What You Will Do: Read batch sheets to weigh and process raw materials. Operate advanced systems (heat exchangers, inductors, HMIs, pumps and transfer lines). Adjust pH, viscosity, and other in-process parameters to meet specifications. Document all steps per GMP and quality requirements. Coordinate with Quality and Laboratory teams for sampling and verification. Maintain clean, sanitized tanks, lines, and equipment between batches. Troubleshoot equipment and minor processing issues. Support safe handling of chemicals and concentrated ingredients. Requirements What You Will Bring Prior compounding or mixing experience in a manufacturing, chemical, or food production environment. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and safety. Ability to read and follow detailed batch instructions. Mechanical aptitude and comfort with automation (HMI systems preferred). High school diploma or equivalent required. Pay range: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience). Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to stand for 100% of the shift, walk upstairs and climb up ladders and walk throughout the facility. Use hands and fingers to handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee frequently reaches with hands and arms, including overhead; stoops, bends, kneels, and crouches; and must be able to communicate clearly. The employee must regularly push, or pull, lift, carry, materials and products weighing up to 50 to 60 pounds throughout the day, including lifting items overhead. Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with exposure to varying and sometimes uncontrolled temperature conditions that are hot, humid and cold, as well as moderate noise levels and moving mechanical parts. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
