We are looking for a compounding market developeR who is responsible for managing compounding circular chemicals related business development programs, in order to create new, profitable and growing sustainable chemicals business portfolio and support sustainability goals of the Downstream division. This position is the technical liaison between the Customer, Sales and R&D Compound Engineer, translating customer requirements and providing project selection and prioritization - typically managing development projects over a period of 1-3 years until start of production. Location: Budapest, MOL Campus Contract type: Full-time, Indefinite Meet your Hiring Manager: Tóbis Mihály - Mihaly Tobis | LinkedIn How You will contribute? · Act as the main interface between customers and R&D (Research & Development), building strong relationships with automotive OEMs and Tier partners. · Develop and grow customer relationships, identifying new application opportunities and business potential. · Coordinate development projects, track progress, and support resolution of quality issues together with R&D. · Define material requirements and specifications, aligning customer needs with R&D from project initiation. · Support testing and present results, ensuring customer requirements are met and representing the company at industry events. What you bring to the Team? Educational Background: You have a University or College degree preferably in Chemical, Mechanical, and/or Plastics Engineering. Professional Experience: Confident and proven practical knowledge, Min. 7-8 years of experience in automotive industry, including but not limited to mould design, process engineering, product development, project management, procurement or quality. Skills & Mindset: · Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English, · Confident MS Office skills, · Advanced technical knowledge in plastic compounding and/or in injection moulding, · Team player with focus on alignment and cooperation, · Driving license “B” category, · Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
