Description:

JOB OVERVIEW

Full time / part time experienced pharmacy technician (or assistant) with specialty compounding experience required. No Evenings, No weekends. Willing to work between 2 stores.
Qualifications :-

· Knowledge of Kroll software. Specialty Compounding Experience is a must :-

  • Compounding non-sterile medications following established standard operating procedures. This includes but is not limited to making:
  • Tablets, Capsules, Suspension, Suppositories, Chews, Transdermal gels
  • Maintaining inventories of supplies necessary for compounding
  • Operating a range of compounding equipment
  • Completing all required documentation
  • Regular cleaning of workstation and equipment

Blister packaging experience.· Excellent communication skills.· Ability to work in a busy environment.· Leadership and management skills.· Excellent work ethic.· Hard worker, efficient, reliable and multitask skills.· Demonstrated customer service experience.· Proficient computer/data/entry skills.· Excellent organizational skills and detail orientation

Experience:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications accurately.
  • Managing the compounding lab.
  • Maintain inventory by ordering, receiving, and restocking medications and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety protocols.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering patient inquiries and addressing concerns.
  • Process prescription orders and manage patient records efficiently.
  • Support medication administration under the supervision of licensed pharmacists.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to enhance patient care outcomes.
