• Nous recherchons un comptable en immobilier Commercial, qui connait bien les pratiques financières et immobilières du Quebec et du Canada, compétent et soucieux du détail pour rejoindre notre équipe, spécialisé dans la gestion des aspects financiers des biens immobiliers à revenus, avec un accent sur la facturation mensuelle.
  En tant que membre essentiel de notre équipe de gestion immobilière, vous jouerez un rôle crucial dans la garantie d’opérations financières précises et opportunes pour nos investissements immobiliers.

QUALIFICATIONS ET EXIGENCES :

• Diplôme de baccalauréat en comptabilité.
• Minimum de Trois ans d’expérience en comptabilité immobilière commerciale.
• Doit très bien connaître les pratiques financières et immobilières du Quebec et du Canada
• Maîtrise des logiciels comptables et de Microsoft Excel.
• Grande attention aux détails et compétences organisationnelles.
• Excellentes compétences en communication et service à la clientèle.
• Bilingue (français et anglais).

As an essential member of our property management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions for our real estate investments.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
Minimum of three years’ experience in commercial real estate accounting.
Must be very familiar with Quebec and Canadian financial and real estate practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Bilingual (French and English).
