As a Computer and Information Systems Manager, you will lead and support the IRS in maintaining and enhancing their network operations and IT systems lifecycle. You’ll oversee the Concept of Operations (CONOPS), ensure robust disaster recovery strategies, and contribute to network security posture upgrades.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or Network Engineering.
• Certifications: CCNP or CCIE.
• 7+ years in network engineering and enterprise infrastructure.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, project leadership, and troubleshooting.

• Build and maintain the IRS Concept of Operations (CONOPS).
• Develop backup scripts and recovery procedures (manual/automated).
• Design and maintain LAN/WAN diagrams and hardware inventory.
• Improve network security posture in alignment with industry best practices.
• Assist in SELC/OneSDLC phases and related documentation (charters, WBS, metrics, KPIs).
• Support configuration management, device version control, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain up-to-date software and ensure version upgrades.
