COMPUTER REPAIR & SALES TECHNICIAN

Position Overview: As a Computer Repair & Sales Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to diagnose and troubleshoot a variety of hardware and software issues on Apple devices. Working alongside experienced technicians, you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience and refine your problem-solving skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work consistently under pressure
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Comfortable with posting on our social media platforms
• Friendly and approachable with a commitment to customer service
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.
• Confident spoken and written English
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in computer repair (preferably).
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience in a technical support role (preferably).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with motherboard/component repairs (preferably).
• Strong knowledge of Apple products and operating systems.
• Candidates must be willing to travel between branch locations at times

Education:

• Undergraduate Degree (or equivalent) 2:1 Minimum related to Computing (or similar)
• Minimum 3 A Levels (or equivalent) A-C [Maths, Computer Science, Science, Media; preferably]*
• Minimum 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) 9-4 [Computer Science, Media; preferably]

• Curate captivating social media content for the company
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on Apple products
• Perform repairs following established procedures and ensuring high-quality work
• Provide technical support and answer customer inquires related to Apple products
• Maintain a clean and organised work environment
• Greet clients in a formal manner and offer solutions accordingly
• Contribute to sales by assisting with transactions and inventory
