What you’ll do: We are seeking a skilled Digital Electrical Engineer to lead automation and digitalization initiatives in our manufacturing operations. This role involves designing control systems (BPCS, SIS, PLC, SCADA), maintaining equipment per safety standards, and resolving technical issues using CI tools. You’ll drive Industry 4.0 adoption through IoT, cloud platforms, and data pipelines, while optimizing processes via analytics. Collaboration across engineering and production teams is key. Design, configure, and implement Basic Process Control Systems (BPCS), Safety Instrumented Systems (SIS), PLCs, and SCADA systems to enhance automation and safety in manufacturing processes 2. Assist in modifying PLC programs, HMI interfaces, and wiring diagrams for equipment optimization 3. Maintain, calibrate, adjust, and operate electrical control components of factory equipment in compliance with MESH safety standards, including documentation updates 4. Investigate, analyze, and resolve equipment abnormalities using CI, RIE, A3, and other problem-solving tools 5. Execute improvement projects and support continuous enhancement initiatives Digitalization & Industry 4.0 Integration 1. Lead digital transformation initiatives by deploying Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT sensors, cloud-based platforms, and data analytics to improve operational efficiency and decision-making 2. Develop automated end-to-end data pipelines to support downstream analytics and visualization 3. Design and deliver standardized digital solutions for planning, process monitoring, control, and root-cause analysis 4. Support the configuration, operation, and monitoring of Industry 4.0 systems 5. Promote digital tool adoption through training and upskilling Data Analysis & Process Optimization Monitor and analyze data from automation systems to identify improvement opportunities and implement effective solutions" Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related engineering discipline Minimum 3 years of experience in DCS/PLC/SCADA system design Skills: "1. Strong understanding of Industry 4.0, IoT integration, cloud computing, and data analytics 2. Proficiency in control system design software and programming languages 3. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with effective communication abilities 4. Experience in data analytics and programming is a plus1." Proficiency in English is considered an advantage
