DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION : -

· Develop and implement forward-looking IT strategies that align with business objectives.
· Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, evaluate emerging technologies and identify solutions that drive efficiency, customer and employee satisfaction and competitive advantage.
· Evaluation of current systems and the identification of potential improvements regarding increases in efficiency and effectiveness targeting workplace technologies
· Installation, configuration, improvement and monitoring of network, systems and applications considering the implications that their usage has on the end users and business.
· Collaboration with team members, end users, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders with a focus on continuous improvement
· Integration of new systems (e.g. operating systems) within existing infrastructures, emphasizing advantages, and minimizing disruption
· Communication of performance levels to senior management, often via presentations or reports
· Maintain operating systems, physical systems, and installed systems with system management tools.
· Develop and implement security policies, standards, and best practices in Azure Active Directory, Active Directory, Exchange Online and Intune
· Manage the system properties, system policies and services on active directory top level domain structure and to delegate control/administration on active directory lower-level domain structure.
· Administer and maintain servers’ installation, configuration, and troubleshooting in the Hybrid Environment.
· Manage operating systems (Windows Server OS, MacOS and iOS) and related software, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
· Design and implement Microsoft Intune solutions for endpoint management, including device enrollment, policy configuration, and application deployment.
· Design and manage cloud-based Server infrastructure on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
· Implement hybrid cloud solutions, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud environments.
· Operational establishment and preventive maintenance of copies, recovery protocols and implementation of confidentiality and reputation controls.
