REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, networking protocols, firewalls, and cloud services
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, RHCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+) are highly desirable
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and health data privacy regulations (e.g., Australian Privacy Principles, My Health Record)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills to support non-technical users
Responsibilities

As a Computer Network and Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure networks and systems that support healthcare applications and services. Key responsibilities include:

  • Design, implement, and maintain computer networks and related computing environments, including systems software, applications software, hardware, and configurations.
  • Installing, configuring, and monitoring network hardware, servers, and firewalls
  • Maintaining data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures
  • Managing clinical software systems, electronic health records (EHR), and integrations
