Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Design, develop and configure new efficient network systems on premises.
· Assess and provide recommendations for hardware and software applications.
· Analyse hardware changes and create a database server for all clients.
· Maintain systems, database servers, storages, usage, and monitoring of activity to improve user performance and ensure reliability.
· Document and maintain detailed records of client interactions, technical issues, and resolutions accurately with our CRM system tools.
· Experience in Microsoft Office, cloud platforms and database systems.
· Ability to configure the Cisco Routers, Switches and VPN technologies.
· Develop data structure and manage the client records on daily basis.
· Identifying, analysing, and solving issues involving software, hardware, and other network and system components.
· Troubleshoot the end user issues via phone calls or onsite visits.
· Monitor network traffic and activities by analysing.
· Experience in Active Directory and develop workflows.
· Deploying necessary assets to the sites and maintain IT Inventory.
· Leading Technical initiatives in the field of expertise.
· Ability to work Remotely and help the clients in problem solving.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
· Outstanding communication abilities as well as the capacity to interact with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
· Strong technical skills and problem-solving ownership are required, as is at least 3 years plus of IT experience.
· Proven experience with Cisco Routers, Sophos Routers, switches, firewalls, M365 Suite, Intune, Windows Server/Desktop Operating Systems, iOS systems and backup technologies like FTP and SMB.
· Advanced knowledge of Cloud solutions such as AWS, Azure, Microsoft Entra ID and Hybrid Cloud models.
· Expert in Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), Azure AD, and Microsoft Exchange.
· Strong experience in networking, including Cisco, LAN, WAN and VOIP equipment, and other storage technologies.
· Experience working in NDIS and RTO’s is highly preferred.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Full working rights in Australia and preferably Permanent Residence or Citizens.
- Proficient in communication and able to collaborate well with individuals from a variety of backgrounds
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, Azure, Power BI, Data Analysis, Teams, VOIP, MC, etc.) are a plus.
- Experience in Java, web developing is an added advantage.
