JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Computer and System Engineer to join our IT infrastructure team. You will be responsible for designing, deploying, and maintaining computer systems, networks, and software applications that meet the needs of our organization. This role involves a mix of hardware and software engineering responsibilities with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in system engineering or IT infrastructure roles.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux, UNIX).
  • Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing/switching).
  • Experience with Active Directory, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
  • Good understanding of cybersecurity practices and system hardening.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) are a plus.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Willingness to stay updated with emerging technologies.

    Pay: $61,296.86 – $80,442.12 per year
