We are looking for Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Operative to join our company. This operative will use our automated, Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machinery to cut, shape, and print high-quality labels with precision and speed.
This role involves programming, operating, maintaining these specialized printing machines to meet our set production schedule. Key skills involve mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, communication, and the ability to follow instructions and operate complex machinery.

• Machine Operation:

Operate and monitor computer-controlled machinery, such as printing presses and die cutters, to produce labels and other printed materials.

• Setup & Calibration:

Set up machinery according to specifications, which may involve mounting plates or cylinders and making necessary adjustments.

• Quality Control:

Monitor the production process to ensure high-quality labels are produced, meeting production schedules and customer requirements.

• Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of equipment to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime.

• Production Support:

Manage materials, coordinate with team members, and handle the final stages of label production, such as rewinding, cutting, and packaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Mechanical Aptitude:

A hands-on, mechanically inclined approach to work and the ability to work with specialized equipment.

• Teamwork & Communication:

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.

• Physical Stamina:

The ability to stand, walk, lift, and perform tasks requiring physical dexterity and concentration.

Salary: 34000.00 Euro Annually. Hours per week: 39
