Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Computer Repair Technician to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various computer hardware repairs, mobile device servicing, and IT support. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and committed to providing excellent customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Repair & Maintenance

• Perform laptop screen replacements with precision and care
• Replace laptop batteries and ensure proper functionality
• Build custom gaming PCs according to client specifications
• Diagnose and troubleshoot computer hardware issues
• Conduct laptop motherboard repairs including fan replacements
• Perform circuit board diagnosis and repair work
• Mobile phone repair and servicing

IT Support Services

• Provide technical support for email configuration and troubleshooting
• Assist clients with software installation and setup
• Resolve connectivity and network issues
• Offer general IT consultation and support

Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed repair logs and service records
• Prepare technical reports for insurance and legal purposes
• Document diagnostic findings and repair procedures
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Taking phone calls

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Essential: Laptop screen replacement experience
• Essential: Laptop battery replacement proficiency
• Essential: Gaming PC building and hardware diagnosis
• Essential: IT support capabilities (email issues, software troubleshooting)
