Position Overview: The Department of Computer Science seeks a Student Worker to support student learning in a specified Computer Science course. This role helps ensure student success in the course, and allows the student worker to gain a deeper understanding of course concepts. Responsibilities: Provide appropriate level of academic assistance to individual or small groups of students Work with course instructor(s) to ensure adherence to TCNJ's and the course's academic integrity policies Attend departmental training session(s) and maintain logs as needed Other responsibilities may be determined by each course instructor Learning Objectives: Provide quality assistance to students and course instructor Gain an understanding of professionalism and confidence working in an academic environment Gain a deeper understanding of concepts with which they are providing assistance Required Qualifications: Sophomore, Junior, or Senior Computer Science majors only Completion of CSC 220, CSC 230, and CSC 270.
