Description Job Title: Computer Security System Specialist (Associate) Location: Peterson Space Force Base Colorado Springs CO Clearance required by project: Secret Requirements Role Description: Computer Security System Specialist (Associate). Under specific direction, analyzes user needs and current security regulations and guidelines to determine IA functional requirements. Performs functional allocation to identify tasks that must be completed and interrelationships among those tasks. Identifies required resources. Analyzes and defines IA security requirements for MLS systems and non-MLS systems. Designs, develops, engineers, and implements solutions to MLS and non-MLS requirements. Gathers and organizes technical information about an organization's missions, goals, and requirements; existing security products; and ongoing IA programs. Education/Experience: BA/BS in a technical discipline with at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

The specialist analyzes user needs and security regulations to determine Information Assurance functional requirements. They design and implement security solutions for both MLS and non-MLS systems while organizing technical mission data.
