Supports the daily operation of all user hardware and software, answers inquiries from user offices, conducts software and hardware training for users as needed. Bachelor’s degree in computer science and/or related field preferred. Comp TIA A+ certification required. PCC will support non-certified applicants to complete certification within the first year of employment.
