JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Systems Analyst to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving our IT systems, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and its clients. This role requires a strong understanding of various technologies and methodologies, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective solutions.

EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:

• Strong background in systems engineering, system architecture, and computer science principles.
• Proficiency in operating systems (Windows, Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware, ESXi).
• Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB), relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), and cloud platforms (Azure).
• Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) for automation tasks.
• Knowledge of network protocols including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and firewalls.
• Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies including Agile practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins for continuous integration processes.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and container orchestration using Kubernetes is a plus.

• Design and implement service-oriented architecture and solution architecture for various applications.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Manage system administration tasks, including load balancing, cloud security, and firewall configurations.
• Utilize tools such as Salesforce, Pegasystems, and AWS to enhance system functionality.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement system hardening measures to ensure information security.
• Participate in continuous integration and deployment processes using DevOps practices.
• Develop APIs and web services using RESTful API standards, ensuring seamless integration between systems.
• Engage in system design activities utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, SQL, and others as needed.
• Work within an Agile framework to deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
