JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Computer Technician to join our team. REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in technical support or IT support roles with a focus on customer service.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Experience with computer networking concepts such as LAN setup and management.
  • Familiarity with VPN configurations and firewall management is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with users at all levels of technical expertise.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolving problems with Windows, macOS, Linux, and other operating systems.
  • Manage computer networks, including VPNs and firewalls, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.
  • Offer desktop support to end-users, assisting with setup, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems.
  • Conduct regular maintenance on IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with team members to implement solutions for network issues and improve overall system functionality.
  • Assist in the deployment of new technology solutions while providing training to users as needed.
  • Maintain documentation of IT processes, procedures, and inventory of hardware components.
