TECHNICAL ESCALATION & SUPPORT:

• Provide expert-level support for complex IT issues, including Windows Server environments, networking, and business-critical applications.
• Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems and applications.
• Participate in on-call rotations, handling high-priority service requests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Experience with Windows Servers (installation, configuration, troubleshooting)
• Strong networking knowledge (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (client visits required)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
• You must live within 1 hour of Wellesley, ON in order for the daily commute to be manageable.
