JOB OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Computer Technician cum Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong IT troubleshooting abilities and a creative flair for design. This dual role involves maintaining computer systems and networks, while also supporting the company’s branding and visual communication through graphic design.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Proven experience as both a Computer Technician and Graphic Designer.
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems (Windows/Mac).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Basic knowledge of networking and IT security best practices.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and multitasking abilities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Experience in video editing or motion graphics is a plus.
• Familiarity with website content management systems (e.g., WordPress) is an advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:COMPUTER TECHNICIAN DUTIES:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and networks.
• Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to staff.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on computer systems.
• Ensure data security and perform regular backups.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and manage repairs or replacements.

GRAPHIC DESIGN DUTIES:

• Design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, social media content, and digital ads.
• Create visual assets for web, email, and print campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to meet design requirements.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines.
