We seek a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team at NEX VENTURE in Singapore. In this full-time role, you will provide technical support and assistance, ensuring the smooth running of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Operational:

• The main duties of the IT Technician include but are not limited to:
• Providing first-line technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals
• Responding to IT-related queries and requests in a timely and effective manner
• Monitoring and maintaining the IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems
• Documenting IT processes and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Providing training and guidance to users on the effective use of IT systems and tools
• Collaborating with the broader IT team to identify and implement improvements to our IT environment
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by Management
